F.A.Qs
1. Do you search for missing pets?
No. We do not physically search for pets. We specialize in creating high-visibility missing pet posters and optional distribution.
2. How fast will I get my poster?
Most posters are delivered within a few hours.
However, our team is made up of students with busy home lives, so turnaround times may vary slightly — but we always work as quickly as possible.
3. What information do I need to send?
A clear photo, your pet’s name, a short description, the area last seen, and the phone number you want on the poster.
4. How does distribution work?
If you choose distribution, we place your posters in high-traffic areas around your neighborhood to maximize visibility.
5. Do you call shelters, vets, or animal hospitals?
Yes — we offer optional complimentary calls to nearby veterinary clinics and animal hospitals with your pet’s details.
6. How much do your services cost?
We offer three simple tiers:
-
Poster Creation Only – $30
-
Poster + Distribution – $50
-
Full Support Package – $70
7. What if my pet is found quickly?
If we haven’t started your order yet, we can refund you. Once the poster is created or distribution has begun, refunds aren’t available.
8. Can I request changes to my poster?
Yes — one round of edits is included with every poster.
9. What if I pick the wrong photo?
You can send a new one before we finalize the design.
10. Can I order late at night or early in the morning?
You can submit a form anytime, but responses may not always be immediate. Since we’re students with school schedules and busy home lives, replies are fastest during our work hours.
11. Why do you only work from 4 PM to 9 PM?
We work 4 PM to 9 PM because our team is made up of students. These hours come after school, homework, and family responsibilities. Working within this window allows us to stay consistent, focused, and fully available for orders.

12. Can I post the posters anywhere?
Many cities and neighborhoods do not allow posters on street signs, utility poles, mailboxes, or private property without permission. To avoid fines or having posters removed, we recommend posting only on community boards, local businesses, vet offices, and other places where posting is allowed.
