Every Paw Posted provides custom digital design services and physical poster distribution services. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final.
Once an order is submitted and payment is completed, the order is considered accepted and is not eligible for a refund.
No Guarantees
Every Paw Posted does not guarantee the recovery, return, or location of any missing pet. Purchasing services does not create any express or implied guarantee of results.
Refunds will not be issued based on outcomes, including whether a pet is found or not found.
Custom Poster Design Services
All poster designs are custom-created based on information provided by the customer. Because these services involve time and labor:

Poster Distribution Services
Poster distribution involves printing, transportation, and physical posting in publicly accessible or permitted locations. As such:

Refunds are not available once distribution is scheduled or completed

Every Paw Posted is not responsible for flyers being removed, damaged, altered, or ignored by third parties

Weather conditions, access limitations, or local posting restrictions do not qualify for refunds
Distribution is limited to locations that are legal, permitted, and reasonably accessible.
Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once submitted. Any exceptions are made solely at the discretion of Every Paw Posted and do not create an obligation for future exceptions.
Errors
If an error occurs due to a mistake made by Every Paw Posted, the company’s responsibility is limited to correcting the error when reasonably possible.
Corrections do not entitle the customer to a refund, partial refund, or compensation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Every Paw Posted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Payment Disputes
By purchasing services from Every Paw Posted, the customer agrees not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks for services that have been delivered or initiated. Documentation may be provided to payment processors if disputes occur.
Acceptance of Policy
By placing an order with Every Paw Posted, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
